WHO WE ARE
The site www.scentsquare.com is the property of Green Works SRL with its registered office in Bucharest, 8 Intrarea Aniversarii Street, cam1, sector 3, Bucharest,, registered at the Trade Register under no. J40 / 10669/2008, C.U.I: RO24067130, hereinafter referred to as Scent Square.
Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms of use. In order to use the site in the best conditions, it is recommended to read carefully all the terms of use. You agree and agree that, without prior notice, we may delete or add any information to the Site or discontinue any activity without notice.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION
We make every effort to present as explicitly and realistically as possible all the products on this site. However, due to different monitor settings, the colors may be slightly different in reality.

ORDER
The order of the products can be made online, following the steps indicated in our website. The shopping cart is located at the top right of our page. To add a product to the shopping cart, click on the “Add to cart” button. In the shopping cart you will find the selected products and you will have the opportunity to change the quantity of products or give up a product in the cart. To order the products in the shopping cart, enter the necessary data, then click on the “Order” button. After placing the order, you will receive an email confirming the registration of the order on the site. If, within 10 minutes, you did not receive this email, your order was not registered. The confirmation message represents the registration of the order in the system, but not the obligation to honor it. The order will be processed and delivered according to the available stocks.
The stocks are entered in the site based on the accounting records and change in real time, as orders are registered. We do our best to make the displayed stock real, but sometimes there are small differences between the accounting stock and the physical stock.

COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

Delivery in Romania:
• Free for orders whose value exceeds 230 Lei,
• For orders with a value of less than 230 Lei, the transport cost is 20 Lei, VAT included,
• Delivery times are based on the estimates of the courier company, which becomes responsible for any delays.
• Once the package has been shipped, delivery depends exclusively on the courier company.

International orders:

Orders placed on our website can also be delivered internationally, through DPD or another parcel delivery company chosen by Scent Square. Delivery costs depend on the destination country and will be clearly displayed during the order process and their payment is made in advance along with payment for the products.  Estimated delivery time is 5-10 days.

THE PAYMENT
Payment for products can be made:
• in RAMBURS system (payment on delivery) only on the territory of Romania – The total price of the package (including the selected transport method) will be paid, upon receipt of the products.
• in advance, with a bank card. Following the steps in the shopping cart, select the online payment; you will be redirected to the secure page where you will fill in the card and contact details. The transaction will be processed by Stripe, an online payment processing system operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd,

If the order is not completed, or one of the ordered products is not in stock, we guarantee a refund.
• in advance, by bank transfer / payment order. The payment of the order will be made to Green Works SRL in the RON account: RO067BRDE445SV12431304450 or EUR: RO91BRDE445SV51731344450 opened at BRD – Groupe Société Générale.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Although we want you to like and enjoy the products ordered on our site, you must know that you can always return an order, in whole or in part, under the conditions provided by law.
You have 14 calendar days to change your mind, you just have to take into account the information below.
The O.G. 34/2014 allows the return of products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of their purchase. Thus, if you want to return the ordered products, we will return the value of the products to you, less the delivery fees. The value of the returned products is transferred to your bank account, immediately after we take possession of these products and we make sure of their integrity. The shipping cost for return is fully borne by the customer.

If you want to return an order in full or in part, and the initial cost of delivery of the order was borne by us (for orders over 200 lei), will be deducted from the returned value and delivery fees of the initial order. For return it is necessary that the products are intact, unused and in the original packaging.
We provide you with a return form that you can use to simplify the return process. Also, you can notify us both by email and by phone of your desire to partially or totally return an order. We will respond in maximum 2 working days.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All existing products on www.scentsquare.com have a legal guarantee of conformity. The legal guarantee of conformity is mandatory, and must be granted by the seller of a product to its consumer.
Seller means any authorized natural or legal person who, in the course of his activity, sells products under the terms of a contract concluded with the consumer. The product means any good material whose final destination is individual or collective consumption or use.
Consumer means any natural person or group of individuals who buys, acquires, uses or consumes products outside the professional / commercial activity – therefore, the legal provisions aim exclusively at protecting the household consumer.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies only for non-conformity, ie if the products are found at the time of delivery to the consumer, in one or more of the following situations:
1. do not correspond to the description made by the seller and do not have the same qualities as the products that the seller presented to the consumer as a sample or model;
2. do not correspond to any specific purpose requested by the consumer, purpose made known to the seller you accepted by him at the conclusion of the sale-purchase contract;
3. do not correspond to the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used;
4. being of the same type, it does not present normal quality and performance parameters, which the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product and the public statements regarding its concrete characteristics, made by the seller, the manufacturer or his representative, especially by advertising or by inscribing on the product label.
If you have problems with an order, which do not seem to be resolved by email or with the person you are talking to, you can send a notice of conciliation to office@scentsquare.com. We will answer you in maximum 3 working days.

The entire content of the site: design, text, images and logos is the property of Green Works SRL and its suppliers and falls under the law for the protection of copyright (law no. 8/1996) and the laws on intellectual and industrial property . The use without the consent of Green Works SRL of any of the elements listed above is punished according to the laws in force. The content of the pages of this website will not be copied, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, published or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the prior consent of the owner, except for storage on the user’s personal computer and printing extracts from the pages of this site. exclusively for personal use. www.scentsquare.com uses advanced security methods and technologies to protect personal data, collected and processed in accordance with applicable law. All materials and personal information sent to the website, by e-mail or through the site, will be considered confidential.
Your personal data will only be used for the stated purpose of this site. The information in the order form will be used to send you order confirmation, possible promotions, periodic newsletters, etc. We undertake not to make public or sell databases containing information regarding the personal data of our customers.
Green Works SRL is registered as an operator at the Register of Evidence of Personal Data Processing with number 10324. According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector Green Works SRL has the obligation to manage in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes the personal data you provide us about you. You are obliged to provide the data from the order form, these being necessary for invoicing and delivery of the order. Your refusal causes the order to be broken. The registered information is intended for use by the operator. According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, of intervention on the data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to go to court. At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of data. To exercise these rights, you can address a written request, dated and signed, at office@scentsquare.com
